What is lymphoedema:

Lymphedema is a chronic pathology of an evolutionary nature characterized by a slowdown or blockage of lymphatic circulation in the upper and/or lower limbs.

It manifests itself with localized swelling of the affected limb which can arise suddenly and then possibly disappear after a night’s rest.

The first symptoms

How to treat lymphoedema:

There is no solution to cure lymphedema as it is a chronic condition, but those who suffer from it can alleviate their condition by reducing the edema thanks to manual lymphatic drainage which allows you to manually stimulate the lymphatic system and drain the accumulation of fluids. It may be helpful to use pre-soaked sterile medical devices to help cleanse the limb and reduce swelling.
